This Current Report on Form 8-K/A (this “Amendment”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated April 20, 2021, filed by Concentrix Corporation (the “Company”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2021 (the “Form 8-K”). The Form 8-K reported the final voting results of the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on April 20, 2021 (the “Annual Meeting”). The sole purpose of this Amendment is to disclose the Company’s decision regarding how frequently it will conduct future stockholder advisory votes to approve the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K.

Item 5.07.    Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
After considering the voting results for the Annual Meeting, the Company’s Board of Directors has determined that the Company will hold a stockholder advisory vote to approve the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers on an annual basis until the next stockholder advisory vote on the frequency of such votes.
