His unique client and customer-focused approach to global sales and account leadership, sharp thinking ability, and belief in giving back to the next generation of leaders have directly contributed to Concentrix’ leading position in the market. Prior to the acquisition of IBM's worldwide customer care services business by SYNNEX and subsequent integration with Concentrix, Rick served in a variety of industry leadership roles at IBM, including Vice President BPO Sales, General Manager Technical Support Services, Vice President BPO and ITO Sales and Account Management, and more.
