Kathryn Marinello has served as Chief Executive Officer of PODS Enterprises, LLC since January 2021. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Hertz Global Holdings (NYSE: HTZ) (“Hertz”) from January 2017 through May 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Marinello served as a Senior Advisor of Ares Management LLC, a global alternative asset manager, from March 2014 to December 2016, and as Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stream Global Services, Inc., a business process outsourcing service provider, from 2010 to March 2014. Ms. Marinello served as Chair, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ceridian Corporation, a provider of human resources software and services, from 2006 to 2010, and in several senior roles at General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) from 1997 to 2006. Ms. Marinello has served as a director of Volvo Group since 2014. She previously served as a member of the boards of directors of Ares Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: AAC) (2021-2023), The Nielsen Company B.V. (2014-2017), General Motors Company (NYSE: GM) (2007-2016), and RealPage, Inc. (Nasdaq: RP) (2015-2017). Ms. Marinello holds a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at Albany.
